* 30-minute warranty for locked, invalid, or flagged tokens.

* 10-minute warranty for nitro tokens. No support after that.

* Boosts are non-transferable once applied to a server.

3. NITRO GIFTS & PROMOS

* You must record a video while claiming the gift links.

* Report any revoked link within 24 hours of the Discord email.

* We decide replacements based on circumstances (No mass revokes).

* 14 days is counted as 1 month for promos. Email proof required.

* All promo links are checked and working before delivery.

* Keep your codes safe. We do not cover third-party auto-claims.

4. MEMBER SERVICES (WUNDER)

* All members are permanent and come with a 90-day warranty.

* Replacements apply only if the drop happens from our side.

* No warranty if online members go offline due to Discord bans.

* Always check active stock before placing your order.

* Do not kick the delivery bot while members are being added.

* If you manually kick or remove members, the warranty is void.

* Members may briefly show as offline during maintenance.
