1. THE ONLY REFUND EXCEPTION

* A refund is only eligible if a product is completely out of 
  stock or facing technical issues, making us unable to deliver.
* If we cannot fulfill and deliver your order from our side, 
  you will be fully compensated with a refund.

2. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY
------------------------------------------------------------
* If the product is delivered but faulty, we issue replacements, 
  never cash or crypto refunds.
* Replacements are only given if the issue is proven to be 
  from our side (e.g., dead stock on arrival).
* Any issues must be reported within 1 to 2 hours of purchase 
  via a support ticket. Late reports will be denied.

3. REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUIREMENTS

* You must provide continuous, unedited video proof starting 
  from the exact moment of purchase to the moment of testing.
* No video proof = No compensation or replacement. 
* You must have left a valid vouch/feedback on our Discord 
  server or Sellix shop to claim your warranty.

4. WHAT WE DO NOT COVER

* Mass revokes, patches, or updates executed by Discord.
* Errors caused by your own tools, bots, or flagged proxies.
* Accounts or tokens locked due to your manual login or actions.
* Accidental purchases or changing your mind after buying.
